Bill Perryman, CPA, CFP®

Bill Perryman is proud of his Oklahoma heritage, a background that has instilled in him a strong work ethic, core values, and a profound entrepreneurial spirit. Growing up on a farm, Bill developed the resilience and determination that would later define his professional journey.

Beginning his career as a CPA with a major oil company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Bill soon realized his passion for financial services. This led him to establish a financial services firm, which has evolved into Perryman Financial Advisory (PFA). Moving to Dallas in 1988, Bill immersed himself in his community, aiming to make a difference in his church, profession, and local area.

At PFA, Bill and his team strive to create a family atmosphere where each client receives personalized advice to navigate today’s economic uncertainties and achieve a secure financial future. Bill’s dedication to advancing the financial planning industry is evident in his leadership roles, including serving as President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and on its Board of Directors for six years.

Bill’s significant contributions to the profession have been recognized with the prestigious 2008 Honor’s Award from the Financial Planning Association, Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. He has been repeatedly named one of “The Best Financial Planners in Dallas” by D Magazine and featured in D CEO Magazine’s Dallas 500 (2016) as one of the most powerful business leaders.

Central to Bill’s philosophy of “making a difference” is his commitment to community service through the Richardson Rotary Club. Reflecting Rotary’s motto, “He who serves most profits the most,” Bill has held various leadership roles both locally and at the district level for over 30 years. He has also served as the Public Member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee for District 6 since 2019.

Bill is married to Barbara, and together they cherish their blended family of six adult children and ten beautiful grandchildren.
